I know he is not running for President, but I have to tell you, I would vote for him in a second. Of all the Republican candidates, of all that I have heard coming out of the Halls of Congress, of all that I have heard from Obama or his administration, not one of them is as articulate, nor does one of them have as firm an understanding of our islamist enemies as does Lt. Col. Allen West.
I do not like this. Not one bit. Granted, I cannot stand Obama and his minions, and I think the government is as corrupt as it can be and thinks only of lining its pockets at the expense of the American people. However, I do not know who these "Anonymous" people are. They hide behind masks and threaten the government. My government. If they are Americans dissatisfied with the government, then they should unmask and protest the right way, not declaring open war against us, and yes, I mean against us. If an unknown entity declares war against the United States Government, then they are declaring war against the United States, and they should be crushed. As much as I do not trust my government, I am an American, and it is my duty, as an American, as a former U.S. Navy sailor, as a former law enforcement officer, to defend my country, including my government, from any attacks from a foreign force. According to reports in today's news, "Anonymous" members were arrested in various parts of the world, which leads me to believe they are a foreign force, and not American. Via Congressman Lt. Col. We have already had four Americans killed and another six wounded. The hypocrisy of this matter is quite concerning. All over the globe Christians are being persecuted and even killed by the followers of the Koran; Copts in Egypt, Pakistan, Sudan, Nigeria. The fact that no westerner is allowed to walk the streets of Mecca or Medina in Saudi Arabia and that Bibles are prohibited is a blatant show of disrespect. In Iran, a converted Christian Minister is under threat of death. It reminds me of the Abdul Rahman case in Afghanistan when I was assigned there. Mr Rahman was an Afghan who had converted from Islam to Christianity and had returned to Afghanistan as an aid worker. He was turned in by his own family and was to be executed under the crime of apostasy, yes, his crime was that he had converted from Islam to Christianity. Let me remind you all, when tolerance becomes a one way street it leads to cultural suicide. Ironically, our own President mandates what Christians must do in clear violation of the First Amendment but yet apologizes for the disposal of detention facility contraband to President Karzai, following suit with bowing to the Saudi King, apologizing in Cairo, and relegating the US to subservience in a speech before the Turkish General Assembly. This Country must have American leadership which will stand for our Constitution, the Republic, and its Citizens…..and especially for the Men and Women in uniform who represent the best of who we are. I am equally sure that there are many who would dismiss this as nothing more than antiquated ideals, silly propaganda, and maybe even dangerous subversion. An islamist group promoting the establishment of a worldwide caliphate, has contacted World Net Daily, and demanded that the news site moderate any comments it might make regarding islam, lest it be taken down the "same route" as other news agencies who have not submitted to the groups demands. The warning came in an email to WND from Faarooq al Mohammedi, who said he was asking on behalf of the Muslim organization that WND “comply as it would be in the companies (sic) best interest as we would not want to take you down the same rout (sic) as we have with other non-complaint media firms.” The email warned WND to take “extra precaution when publishing religiously sensitive material or in creating religiously sensitive suspicions about peoples (sic) religious beliefs and practices.” He threatened, “We would appreciate it if you could tighten your screening and moderation processes of articles to be published, any fake material published by WND will be taken as a breach of world news standards, religiously sensitive matters are to be based on solid and undeniable facts, failure to produce proofs of such published articles will give us no option but to bring about the complete removal of WND online as well as from the public in any print media.” The essence of the warning was that WND needed to project an attitude of dhimmitude, the subservient role demanded of nonbelievers in a Muslim society. Of course it is always good karma to Hit a Blogger’s Tip Jar, but today is an extra special day for that sort of thing, a day so special that there will not be another day like it for four more years. It just keeps reminding me of Georgia Mosbacher, head of finance for the RNC, saying all those months ago that the RNC had already decided the Mittens would be their man to face off against Obama in November. Unlike those on the left side of the blogosphere (the appropriately named sinistrosphere), those of us who align ourselves with the dextrosphere often find it necessary to police ourselves lest we become infiltrated by crazies, whackadoodles, and other undesirables which the left readily accuses us all of being already. If we find them, we out them. They are not part of us, regardless of what they say, and they all too often try to identify with us and use the term "conservative" as a foundation for their vile rants. Why? Well, simply put, they're crazy. They have mental issues, and therefore have no valid reason for doing what they do, it's just what they do, it's how they roll.
